Dante found out about Latvia in 2011 and soon moved here! Since childhood, Dante has mastered English and Spanish impeccably, but when he started living in Latvia, he has also started to learn not so simple Latvian language. However, the newcomer believes that successful integration always takes time - this is especially true for acquiring new acquaintances and constructing a full-fledged social environment. Very important, according to Dante, is the positive attitude of a person who has moved to a new country. Namely, it can significantly contribute to settling into the new place.
Unlike in the United States, life in Latvia for Dante has developed into a much greater personal growth. While living in Riga, the New Yorker will focus much more on cultivating his talents and interests: hairdressing, playing music, as well as cooking. Dante is excited about both the fresh air of Riga and ample amounts of green trees in Latvia, as well as the relaxed regime in which the American manages to live his daily life here.
